About NOE

Born in Buenos Aires and raised in Miami Beach, Noe explores creative expressions through art and movement. While using Japanese calligraphy pens and acrylic paint to create her work., Noe draws at night while listening to music and paints during the day while her children are in school. Recently completing her first film project, JELLYFISH JAM, Noe hopes to continue focusing her content on mental health, human connection and bold human emotions. When not creating, she serves as the co-director for the Subtropic Film Festival and seasonal programmer for the Norton Museum of Art.
