JELLYFISH JAM

The purpose of this project is to shine light on alternative ways of self-healing, self-expression and human connection. Those who attend JELLYFISH JAM are encouraged to connect deeper with themselves and those around them, while still processing traumas and current fears- leading into a deeper sense of existence. This short documentary is dedicated to the only ecstatic dance community in Miami, FL. Allegra Preuss, creator of this community, has poured her NYU dance background to create this safe space. Members of this community continue to express positive changes across all aspects of their lives since joining JELLYFISH JAM.
